Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way with your tracking number.

Note: Custom Cowboy hats, made to order items and personalized items may take up to 2 weeks to complete.

SHIPPING:

Orders over $150 receive free shipping in the US. If minimum spend requirements are not met, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We allow a 30 day return policy. The item must be unworn and in it's original packaging. We also allow exchanges to be made on products that are not made to order. To start a return or exchange please send an email with your order information to sales@hidewear.com. Your order may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
